Every room in the store
A dealership keeps very different rooms side by side: a bright showroom built to sell, a lounge where owners wait out an oil change, finance offices, a service lane and a parts counter facing the shop. Vallejo Janitorial cleans the full set, so a customer gets the same polished impression whether they came in to buy or to pick up their car.
Window walls, display floors and the handover bay
Crews clean the inside of the showroom’s window walls, the entry doors and push plates, and the glass fronts of the sales offices. Fingerprints come off display screens and touch kiosks, and pedestals, spec boards and brochure racks are dusted. The reception desk and the seats at each sales desk are wiped and straightened.
Showroom floors in polished concrete, large-format tile or stone are cleaned with a neutral product that protects the shine, and tire marks around display cars are lifted. Restorative scrubbing and burnishing, plus strip and refinish for vinyl tile in back hallways, are handled through floor care.
Handover bays deserve a last look too. Their floors, glass and branded walls are cleaned each night, so the photos customers share show your store at its best.
Waiting lounge and coffee station
Owners waiting on service settle in for a while, so the lounge is cleaned like a hospitality space. Espresso and drip machines, counters, sinks and the snack area are wiped, tables and charging counters are cleaned, the play area is tidied, and upholstered seating is vacuumed.
Lounge and showroom restrooms are cleaned and disinfected, fixtures are polished, and supplies are restocked from our stock or your storeroom. Customers who walk through a clean restroom tend to trust the shop on the other side of the wall.
Sales and finance offices, staff rooms
Finance offices host the biggest moment of the sale. Desks are dusted without disturbing deal jackets, glass partitions and handles are wiped, and carpet is vacuumed. The sales manager’s desk, the general manager’s office, the business office and the conference room are on the same route.
Break rooms for sales and service staff get their sinks, counters, refrigerators, microwaves and tables cleaned, and the trash and recycling bins are emptied every night. Office carpet is deep-extracted from time to time through our commercial carpet cleaning service.
The service lane and the shop’s back rooms
The service lane brings the most grit indoors. Advisor stations, write-up podiums, the cashier counter and the waiting chairs are wiped, glass between the lane and the lounge is cleaned, and the customer side of the parts counter is mopped so shop residue stays out of the front.
Technician restrooms, the shop break room and service offices are part of every visit. A scrubber machine works the bay and lane concrete at set intervals to lift oil and tire residue, and the drive apron and walks can be refreshed with commercial pressure washing.
Showroom-ready at opening and through event weekends
Overnight visits work from the back of the store to the front: shop support rooms and the service lane first, showroom glass and floor last. When the first salesperson unlocks the door, the most visible rooms are the freshest.
Year-end clearances, model launches and three-day-weekend sales bring heavy crowds. Extra visits can be booked on either side of the event, with a day porter on hand while it runs to keep the coffee station stocked, the lounge tidy and the restrooms fresh. A pre-owned building or standalone service center can share the plan with its own checklist.
Dealership cleaning price factors
Your price is built from the store itself: the floor area, how many visits a week you book, how much glass the showroom carries, the showroom floor finish, restrooms, the lounge and waiting area, and the hours you keep, with event-weekend visits, porter shifts and concrete scrubbing as add-ons.
After a walkthrough of the store, the written quote itemizes every add-on.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Do you clean pre-owned buildings and service centers?
Yes. A pre-owned building or a standalone service center gets the same overnight plan, with a checklist written for its rooms.
What happens in the customer lounge on each visit?
Coffee machines, counters, sinks and snack areas are wiped, tables and charging counters are cleaned, seating is vacuumed and the nearby restrooms are restocked.
How do you keep shop grime from reaching the showroom?
Bay and lane concrete gets regular machine scrubbing, and the customer side of the parts counter and the lane entry are mopped on every visit.
Is porter help available during a big sales weekend?
Yes. A porter tidies the lounge, wipes the coffee station and checks restrooms while crowds are in, and extra visits can be booked on either side of the event.
Do cleaners touch the paperwork in our F&I offices?
No. Desks are dusted around deal jackets and paperwork, and nothing on them is shuffled or stacked.
