A Vallejo cleaning company your firm signs with directly
A Vallejo building can be hard to cover from a vendor plan drawn up around a bigger metro, since the city sits at the southern edge of Solano County on the Carquinez Strait. If your company manages property here for a regional client or a national one, we are a cleaning company you can hire directly, without a broker in the chain.
Offices and shops Downtown, civic and government buildings, waterfront businesses and marina facilities, medical offices, schools, business parks, warehouses and light industrial space can all turn up in a Vallejo portfolio.
First steps: walkthrough and start date
Once you send an address, a walkthrough of the building with your site contact within two business days is normal, and so is a start inside one week of that walk.
The walk sets the routine: which entrances visitors use, which rooms see the heaviest traffic, when the property goes quiet, and any rules about keys, alarms or restricted areas. That becomes the visit plan the crew follows from night one.
Several buildings can begin together. If your client is adding a group of Vallejo properties at once, they share one schedule rather than starting one at a time.
Paperwork your vendor team needs
Within one business day of a request, we issue a certificate of insurance (COI). Additional insured status for your company, and for the client whose building it is, is added whenever you ask for it. On it you’ll find our general liability limits, $1M for each occurrence and $2M aggregate, along with umbrella coverage and workers’ compensation.
Your onboarding team will also want the vendor packet. Ask for it through the contact form like any other inquiry, and operations will email the packet back to you.
Each person who works your building has cleared a background check first, and all crews are uniformed. Civic buildings and secure sites often add a layer of their own, such as another round of screening, building badges, or an escort through a checkpoint, and our crews work inside those rules.
Your contacts and how billing works
One named account manager owns your relationship with us, across every building you send our way. As a second line, our operations manager handles escalations when the account manager can’t be reached.
Invoices arrive per site or per ticket, depending on how your accounting team wants them. Each lists the building’s location along with the work order number, which keeps pass-through billing to your client straightforward.
For a group of properties, that combination matters. An office suite, a waterfront shop and a warehouse can each be billed on their own line while still answering to the same account manager, so nothing about adding a building changes who you call.
Working your tickets
We operate in your work-order system, not ours. Whatever your company uses, tickets come to us there and are answered there, so your records stay in one place.
Every ticket’s not-to-exceed (NTE) amount sets the cost ceiling we work within. If cleaning up a loading dock or a marina restroom calls for more than the limit, we ask for your OK before going past it, and the extra waits until we have it.
Same-day response applies to anything urgent. Water tracked across an entry floor or a restroom that overflows on a Saturday can’t sit until Monday, so our urgent line works through nights and weekends as well.
What gets reported back
Every visit records when the crew arrived and when it left. That record is there when a tenant or your client asks whether the building was serviced.
After an urgent ticket or a single job, we send photos or a completion note before you close it. On recurring buildings, a supervisor inspects the cleaning, and the resulting scores or write-ups are shared with your account team.
For civic and government buildings in particular, where a public complaint can travel quickly, a dated visit record and a recent inspection score give your team something firm to point to.
Services available to your Vallejo buildings
The recurring core is our janitorial services, with day and night porters for properties that need someone on site while they are open. Floor care and commercial carpet cleaning handle the periodic floor tickets, and pressure washing takes care of entries, walkways and docks.
Specialty buildings have dedicated services: government and civic building cleaning, marina facility cleaning, medical office cleaning, parking garage and loading dock cleaning, plus restroom deep cleaning and post-construction cleanup. When you’re ready, request the vendor packet or send a site list on our contact page. Requests reach Vallejo Janitorial 24/7 through the form, and we reply within one business day.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Does Vallejo Janitorial take work from out-of-state FM firms?
Yes. Wherever your firm is headquartered, and whether its footprint is national or regional, you can sign with us without a middleman for your Vallejo buildings.
Can marina and waterfront properties go on the same account as offices?
Yes. Every building you send us, waterfront or not, sits under one account manager and can run on one schedule.
Who covers urgent tickets on weekends?
We do. Our urgent line stays open at night and over the weekend, and any urgent ticket gets a response that same day.
What do we receive when a one-time job is finished?
We send photos or a brief completion note, and the visit’s logged arrival and departure times stay on record.
How do we ask for your vendor packet?
Send the request through our contact form, and the packet comes back to your inbox from our operations team.
