Supplies run on a timetable

Every building’s supplies follow a timetable, planned or not. Leave it unplanned and the towels give out on Thursday, the reorder goes in Monday and a week of complaints fills the gap. Vallejo Janitorial sets the timetable for you. Products arrive with our crew, a counted backup waits in your closet, and on a cleaning plan the people who fill the holders are ours.

Under our janitorial services, refills happen while the building is cleaned. Buildings cleaned by their own staff can order from us too, with supplies delivered.

What we bring

  • Toilet paper in regular or jumbo rolls to fit each holder
  • Hand towels, folded or rolled, for every restroom basin and breakroom sink
  • Can liners sized for office wastebaskets, restroom cans and outdoor bins
  • Heavy trash bags for back rooms, loading areas and the dumpster run
  • Foam or liquid soap for the hand-wash dispensers
  • Hand sanitizer at entries, reception desks and shared work areas
  • Toilet seat covers in every stall
  • Towel, tissue, soap and sanitizer dispensers, provided and mounted by our crew

Coffee, drinks and snacks belong to another service: breakroom and pantry restocking.

At setup: the right hardware

Plenty of older buildings have outlasted several tenants, and the restrooms show it: one towel dispenser by the door, a different one at the sink, a third style in the breakroom, each needing its own refill. Our crew mounts paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers, takes out mismatched units and carries only refills made for what is on your walls.

Coming out of a remodel? Hardware can go up while our post-construction cleaning crew finishes the space, and the restrooms open with every holder full.

At every cleaning: holders loaded, cans relined

On a cleaning night, the restroom is not done until its holders are. Tissue and towel units get opened and filled, a soap or sanitizer pouch close to empty gets replaced early, seat covers are topped up and each emptied can gets a new bag. Breakrooms and entries are part of that same round.

Because the round repeats every visit, holders do not sit empty waiting on anyone. For refills during busy daytime hours, add our day porter service, and for a periodic scrub beyond routine cleaning, book commercial restroom deep cleaning.

On delivery: stock for in-house crews

When your own maintenance staff or employees do the cleaning, the supplies can still come from us. We size it from your headcount, your restroom total and the pace at which product disappears, then set up a recurring delivery on a schedule that works for you. Your staff fills dispensers from a stocked closet, and no one has to keep an eye on levels or place orders.

If the cleaning moves to us later, nothing on the walls or in the closet has to change.

Between visits: the closet reserve

Each restroom has a backup supply, a fixed amount of each product set aside for it in a closet close by. Every restock starts with counting that backup and ends with it full again, so a replacement is ready the moment a dispenser runs out.

A restroom next to a lobby or waiting room holds a deeper backup than a quiet one used only by staff. When staffing, hours or visitor traffic shift, the backup shifts with them.

One less order to place

Once we bring the supplies, the office manager has one fewer supplier to manage, one fewer bill to approve and no standing reorder. Nobody checks the closet on Friday afternoon or makes a tissue run before a weekend event.

  • One supplier, with or without our cleaning
  • Refills sized to your dispensers
  • A backup kept for each restroom
  • No staff time counting rolls

Restroom use by building type

A hospital campus, medical office or school uses its restrooms through the whole day. Office, industrial and manufacturing buildings whose break rooms serve full shifts see use peak around breaks, large stores serve shoppers from opening until close, and shops and restaurants often get more customers on weekends.

Supply needs follow the building type. Medical offices go through hand towels at every exam-room sink, schools and daycares handle the rush at each bell, industrial and warehouse buildings burn through towels and bags at shift change and stores need restrooms presentable for customers all day.

How supply pricing is figured

Your building sets the supply price:

  • People on site, staff and visitors
  • Restrooms and fixtures
  • How hard each room gets used
  • Paper and soap grades
  • How often we restock or deliver
  • Any dispensers we put up

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Do you deliver supplies to businesses that clean for themselves?

Yes. Any Vallejo business can order supplies from us for delivery, and dispensers can be mounted at the start.

What happens to supplies on a cleaning night?

Every dispenser in the restrooms, breakrooms and entries is loaded, every emptied can gets a new liner and the closet backup is filled again.

Our building has mismatched dispensers. Can you replace them?

Yes. We mount one matched set of paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers, and a single refill type then works everywhere.
