An errand off the office manager’s list

Office kitchens tend to run empty in the weeks when nobody can spare an hour for shopping. Vallejo Janitorial takes that hour back. We buy what your team has chosen, put each item where it lives and clean the room on the way out, on a schedule that fits your office. People walk in to a kitchen that is ready for them.

For restroom paper and soap, see our separate janitorial supplies service.

Starting with your list

The first visit starts in the breakroom with a talk about what people really eat and drink. From that we settle what to buy, which favorites stay, any dietary needs (vegan, nut-free, gluten-free and the like), and a monthly spending limit. We buy to the dietary notes your office gives us.

The list moves as your team does. Things nobody picks up come off, staff requests go on, and the monthly limit keeps every order in check.

Coffee corner

Coffee comes in whatever form your office brews, ground, whole bean or pods, with tea, cocoa, creamer, sugar and cups beside it. Each visit we wipe the counter, sweep away spilled grounds and sugar and line things up so the first person in can start a pot without hunting for anything.

Cold case

Bottled water, sparkling water, sodas and juices go in with the new bottles behind the cold ones, so a chilled drink is always in front. On a day you name, the fridge is also cleared of expired or forgotten food under your office’s posted rules, and the shelves are wiped before restocking.

Snack shelf

Snacks follow the list: pretzels, chips, crackers, trail mix, granola bars, fresh or dried fruit and microwave popcorn. Older packages move forward so they are eaten first, and the shelf is squared away before we leave.

Cabinets and the rest of the room

Paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils and cups are refilled so nobody comes up empty-handed at lunch. While we are there, the microwave gets cleaned inside, the sink is scrubbed, tables are wiped and trash and recycling are bagged and taken out.

Picking a restock rhythm

How often we come depends on how quickly your shelves clear. A small suite that mostly drinks coffee might need a visit every couple of weeks, while a busy office with a full snack shelf wants one more often. We look at what is left on each visit and suggest a change when the rhythm is off.

Holiday weeks, office closures and big events can shift a visit, and the regular calendar picks back up afterward.

Pairing it with cleaning visits

Offices that already have us for office cleaning can fold the restock into one of those nights, cleaning and stocking the kitchen in a single trip. Offices that want pantry service without cleaning get their own restock calendar. Busy breakrooms can add our day porter service for a midday pickup.

A good fit for

  • Offices with a shared kitchen and no one in charge of it
  • Coworking spaces that offer members coffee and snacks
  • Dental and medical clinics whose staff share one lounge
  • Salons and shops with a room in back for employees
  • Light-industrial tenants with one break area for the office and the floor

Multi-tenant buildings can pair the service with business park cleaning for shared lobbies and restrooms.

Where Vallejo’s offices are

Vallejo’s office space takes many shapes. Some older administrative buildings now lease as offices right beside industrial and manufacturing tenants. Downtown, professional offices sit among small shops and restaurants, and medical and dental suites tend to gather close to the larger medical centers.

A suite with a small team and one shared kitchen tends to need a shorter list and fewer visits than a large floor with several.

Pricing

Groceries stay within the monthly spending limit. The service is priced on:

  • Headcount and kitchen traffic
  • Restock visits per month
  • The number of items on the list
  • Number of breakrooms
  • How much cleaning each visit includes

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can you add extra coffee for a big morning meeting?

Yes. Give us notice and the next order brings extra coffee, cups and drinks for that week.

Who chooses what goes in the snack shelf?

Your team. We write the list with you, add staff requests and drop items that sit, all within the monthly limit.

How often does the fridge get cleaned out?

On the day you pick. Expired or forgotten food comes out under your posted rules, and the shelves are wiped before restocking.

Can we book pantry restocking without office cleaning?

Yes. It runs by itself on its own calendar, or it can be combined with office cleaning visits.
